Match Of The Day: Survivor Series 1987: Team Moolah vs Team Sherri

Since November is almost at it's end, I thought it was a good idea to post this gem of a match. For the first Survivor Series came one of the most anticipated series in the history of the business, the traditional Survivor Series tag team match. This event took place on Thanksgiving Day, one of the best matches on the card was the women's Survivor Series matchup. Team Moolah vs Team Sherri

Sherri was in the midst of her iconic 15 month reign as the WWF Women's Champion, her team consisted of Sherri herself, The Glamour Girls(Leilani Kai & Judy Martin), Donna Christianello & Dawn Marie(Not to be confused with the ECW Original who feuded with Torrie Wilson in 2003). Fabulous Moolah's team had Moolah, Rockin' Robin, Velvet McIntyre & The Jumping Bomb Angels(Itsuki Yamazaki & Noriyo Tateno)
