After the very successful Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View, there has been grumblings about RW big wigs making changes to the roster as the company heads into the biggest event on their calendar. Changes or as they're fondly called collectively, "Spring Cleaning", are said to happen after the Elimination Chamber PPV when the officials make their final decisions.

Some names are being tossed out there such as Rosemary, Macey Evans, Mandy Rose, and even a veteran like Natalya Neidhart. Shocking to many, some back stage ring technicians have said that Natalaya has gotten a big head after winning the womens title a few months ago and has shown some arrogance as of late. Her attitude had influenced the bad attitudes of many RW rising stars like Mandy Rose, who has shown up to tapings drunk or even "high." Morale is very important backstage and RW offiicials have done well with discarding those who disrupt that. They are fond of replacing old with newer talent, especially if the older talent has long past their glory days.

RW officials have also been debating on whether or not to showcase a third brand to the RW universe: NXT. The brand will be the lesser to Smackdown and RAW and will mainly produce lesser known talent and mold them towards the stardom that lies on RAW and Smackdown. Some say that even some well-seasoned faces on the main shows will make appearances to compete and coach some of the up and coming stars.

Stephanie McMahon will also be showcased more on the main shows as the Wrestlemania date gets closer. Some dirt sheets express her wishes to move onto a more active role as a wrestler and main event the show. Others say she'll announce a very big change on the Grandest Stage of Them All, that will be sure to shock the RW universe. Either way, she'll be involved in a big way in weeks to come.

A clip of McMahon getting in shape, that she recently released on her social media.

More to come on these statements as we drive further down the Road to Wrestlemania.
