Welcome to Revolution Wrestling's newest column, Star of The Week. Where we have the fans vote on who they think deserve to be our Star of The Week.
Many events transpired this week. We saw some champions retain and some lost the championships. So lets get to our Stars of The Week!
1st:
TORRIE WILSON. Torrie has had a great week this week. She may have lost to
Maria Kanellis on Genesis, but she defeated Maria and
Candice Michelle in a Triple Threat on Evolve. Torrie then went to face
Trish with the title on the line in a 2/3 Falls match at Royal Rumble. Torrie retained her title and won both falls. Will Torrie be Star of The Week?
2nd:
THE BFFS. Charlotte defeated Maria on Xplosion. Summer and Charlotte then went on to defeat Maria and Candice in a tag team match on Rebellion. They went on to face
BeckSana with the Tag Titles on the line at Royal Rumble. Summer and Charlotte defeated the then Tag Team champions BeckSana with Summer getting the pinfall victory. The 90 day reign of BeckSana came to a end. Will BFFs be Star of The Week?
3rd:
LAYLA. Layla defeated Candice Michelle on Xplosion. Layla then faced
Sasha Banks who was the champion then with the Women's Title on the line at Royal Rumble. Layla went on to defeat Sasha and become the new Women's champion. Layla is now a 2x Women's Champion. Will Layla be the Star of The Week?
4th:
GAIL KIM. Gail may have lost on Evolve to
Alicia Fox and
Carmella but she and
Cameron went on to defeat Carmella and Alicia on Rebellion in a tag match. Gail then went on to face Cameron and Carmella at Royal Rumble with the X Division title on the line. Gail won the match and became the new X Division champion!
5th:
CANDICE MICHELLE. Candice may have lost to Torrie in a triple threat match on Evolve, but luckily for her, Torrie pinned Maria for the win. Also, she lost to Layla on Xplosion. Candice then went on to Royal Rumble and competed in our special Royal Rumble, Candice won the match and will now be headlining WrestleMania! Will Candice become Star of The Week?
6th:
DAFFNEY. Daffney returned after a hiatus from the ring. She attacked the World champion Torrie Wilson after her match with Trish. Daffney still has a rematch clause for world championship. Will she be Star of The Week?
