This week was a very short week with limited shows but many things happened on those shows! We saw champions lose, we saw champions defend, and we also saw champions leave. So let's get down to the nominations for Star of The Week!
1st: TAMINA SNUKA. Tamina has had an great week this week. Tamina got the chance to face current X Division champion Gail Kim for the X Division championship, Tamina won by DQ but Gail still retained the title. Tamina also got to face Candice Michelle this week, and defeated her with a suplex. Tamina got into Candice's head so bad, that she made her quit, thus making the World championship vacant as of now. Will Tamina Snuka become this week's Star of The Week?
2nd: GAIL KIM. Gail defended her title not once, but twice this week. She somehow found a way to retain her title both times. She took the easy way to retain vs. Tamina by getting herself DQed, but she defeated Rosa Mendes with her signature move, Eat Defeat. Will Gail Kim become this week's Star of The Week?
3rd: AKSANA. Aksana got the chance to become #1 contender for the then World Champion Candice Michelle. She was in a Triple Threat with Winter and Brie Bella, luckily for Aksana she got the win after hitting a Divo Drop onto Brie Bella. She is the new #1 contender for the World Title! Will Aksana become this week's Star of The Week?
4th: CARMELLA/ALICIA FOX. These two had a great week this week, whether it was in singles action or even tag action. Carmella defeated Rosa Mendes, and Alicia Fox defeated Trish Stratus. They then got the chance to become #1 contenders for the Tag Team champions Summer Rae and Charlotte, and they won by defeating Natalya and Beth Phoenix. Will Carmella and Alicia Fox become this week's Star(s) of The Week?
