Monday Night Raw felt like a normal night to diva fans, so it felt. Diva fans tuned into another episode of Raw and waited for divas to be on TV. And they were, for approximately 3 minutes. After a 6 minute Sting promo was aired after a commercial break, the divas were limited to just a 3 minute segment. With a match last less than a minute (See Match Below). This felt like another normal diva match like any other Monday Night Raw, only this time fans took it to Twitter to voice their opinions and they made sure their voices were heard loud, and clear. Superstar R-Truth was on the episode of Raw later that night, and WWE pitched the hashtag "#GiveTruthAChance" but the fans had a different idea, they took that hashtag and produced their own. By the end of the night #GiveDivasAChance was trending world-wide. And it didn't stop there, it continued to trend going into the next day, and fans made loud and clear that WWE heard their cry.
Tweets from the night:
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT'S TRENDED WORLDWIDE WHERE IS YOUR TWEET @WWE #GiveDivasAChance

It's nice that everyone is putting aside their fan wars and helping #GiveDivasAChance get over

Former TNA Knockout Velvet Sky even made her voice be heard on the hashtag:
#GiveDivasAChance is trending. I think the wrestling world has spoken, & it's nice to see so many people getting behind the ladies.
— Velvet Sky (@VelVelHoller) February 24, 2015
And it did not stop there, the tweets continued on into Tuesday and finally the outspoken, AJ Lee spoke up and the internet went crazy. Lee mentioned Stephanie McMahon on twitter giving her a run for her money and Diva fans a run for their wigs. Twitter was quick to back up AJ and bring back the hashtag to the top of the trending boards.
Diva AJ Lee's Tweets at McMahon:
@StephMcMahon Your female wrestlers have record selling merchandise & have starred in the highest rated segment of the show several times,
— A.J. (@WWEAJLee) February 25, 2015
@StephMcMahon And yet they receive a fraction of the wages & screen time of the majority of the male roster. #UseYourVoice

After the fire was once again ignited, fans began to wonder if this was a work, or if AJ was actually speaking out in light of the subject. And to our surprise, it seems as though it was not for storyline purposes. On Tuesday night, President of WWE, Vince McMahon sent out a tweet that nearly broke the internet.
McMahon's tweet using the hashtag #GiveDivasAChance:
We hear you. Keep watching. #GiveDivasAChance
— Vince McMahon (@VinceMcMahon) February 25, 2015
And so the thrilling saga comes to an end it seems, or maybe this is just the beginning. This could be a new beginning for the division and lead to bigger things. Who knows what is to come from this? Do you believe WWE has really opened their eyes and will now give Divas and Diva fans the time of day? What is to come next Monday Night on Raw? Discuss your thoughts in the comments below.
UPDATE: Stephanie McMahon sent AJ Lee a reply to her tweets later that night:
Thank you @WWEAJLee, I appreciate your opinion. #UseYourVoice
